Fetch sets 31 October response deadline for affected Gen 3 customers

Fetch published its Extended Service Levy and alternative arrangements, with a response date of 31 October 2026. Retail customers should check their own notice and the official terms.

Fetch announced choices for affected Gen 3 retail customers, including a one-time $29.99 Extended Service Levy, device upgrade or an eligible subscription.

Fetch has stated that customers opting for the levy receive supported Fetch services until at least 30 June 2028. Customers receiving Fetch through participating internet service providers are treated differently.

Some third-party streaming apps are being withdrawn because of separate compatibility issues. Those changes should not be confused with the terms of Fetch's own service levy.

Affected customers should review Fetch's current information and their individual notices before making a decision.
