Consumer complaint and reporting guides prepared

ScanTract prepared a formal complaint email and worked through the ACCC consumer-reporting process. Our contact with Fetch generated a support ticket acknowledgement. An acknowledgement is not a decision on the complaint.

ScanTract has prepared a complaint email for affected customers to adapt and send to Fetch. Our own email to Fetch received a ticket acknowledgement.

We also worked through the four-stage ACCC consumer reporting process, recording the relevant categories and company details. These instructions are published in our guide for people to check against their own circumstances.

We will distinguish company acknowledgements from substantive replies and regulatory decisions. Updates will be added here as documented developments become available.

ScanTract reports its own actions separately from any company or regulator decision. Information may change as further evidence becomes available.
